Our ride home was mostly in silence. I had a lot I wanted to say, questions I wanted to ask but they were the kinds of questions you ask someone you are getting to know. The kinds of things you would ask a girlfriend. And I wasn't comfortable with that line of questioning right now. We had avoided personal issues so far. Our conversation at lunch had been light.
