Pearl approached her smiling
"You are really bratty" He said still smiling. When she glared at him, he added
" but funny"
"From where you got this attitude. Your parents must be spoiling you too much that you turned into a brat." pearl asked with a cocky grin.
"For that I need to have parents."
She said with a scowl and stormed off
pearl stood there watching her back with sympathy and interest.
She is so thin and fragile and has a tiny frame. Yet has so much temper.
He smiled and turned towards cafeteria.
As he reached cafeteria. His friends surrounded him, who all were sent away from class as him for not being able to control their laughters.
" So, you are trying to approach Zenny." Deren said
"Now, I get why were you smiling so much at her jokes" Jaby said
" I think only you can control such feisty little thing." Jimmy said
" Stop it, guys. I am not interested in her but I find her "
he added after a pause
" interesting "
His friends frowned, thinking hard trying to understand whatever he said.

Zenny took order and went back. She was waiting for the food to get ready so that she can serve it at the table.
" Ma'am may I have a cup of coffee please."
She hear a familiar voice. She looked up to see pearl standing with a smirk at his face.
" What are you doing here ? Are you following me ? "
" Why would I do that ? " He Asked in disbelief
"How would I know that ?" She repeated in the same tone mockingly.
Pearl looked at her for few seconds with amusement then burst out laughing. Shaking his head he said - " You are really something "
" Tell me something I don't know "
Zenny scoffed
Pearl didn't say anything for few seconds just watched her silently.
She ignored him and went to serve food at the table, thinking he would go away if she would ignore him.
But when she returned he was still there.
" Why are you not leaving ?" Zenny frowned.
" Because this is my restaurant "
Pearl said watching her carefully to not miss any change in her expression.
But her expression didn't change
She just scoffed stating "You mean your father's restaurant."
He stepped closer " I mean mine"
She didn't flinch at his proximity, but her expression changed.
So practically this jerk is my boss. What do I do now ? I have already messed up .
" So should I apologise or you would fire me ?"
" There is a third option " pearl said now without smirking or smiling.
" What is that ?" She said raising an eyebrow.
" Certainly not what you are thinking"
pearl said narrowing his eyes at her.
she felt embarrassed and tried to cover up
" I am not thinking anything. I just can't think of third option."
" Third option is, to come with me at corner table and talk to me." Pearl said with a smile
If he was not owner of this restaurant she would have snapped at him. But under given circumstances she decided to give in.
"Okay" She replied
