Finally, I had managed to escape back to my little hotel but it was so late then.
I tossed the coat that I had used to cover up.
Of course it is his.
He had opted to ruin my dress and I had no other choice when the opportunity came.
And how exactly did I escaped.
Well, all of a suddenly, he just blacked out on me after he had growled some nonsensical words because I wasn't in a state to even understand him.
So, I quickly got up and started heading my way afraid he would wake up again and finishes what he started and luckily for me, Duke happened to walk in just at the moment I was walking out and so, I just pushed through without even waiting for him to criticize me.
At least now I know he has someone to take care of him.
I now know the real meaning of walk of shame because
