====chapterContent SHIELA “Yes, you can Stephen. Just put in a bad word against the Weisses and they will be scrambling before your feet just so you would retract it. You can have your sweetest revenge against them,” I answered. But I am kind of confused by his sincere question as if he is doubting his capability of doing it. How can he doubt his own self when he has the golden card proving his immense out of this world health? And to note that he will invest two freaking thousand dollars into the RACS bank and invest twenty percent into the Umbrella corporation without batting an eyelash. That speaks volumes on his own self-confidence! “If you are having second thoughts about doing it, then let me do the honor of doing it for you. People like them Mr. Sullivan are not supposed to go away unscathed. They have to be taught a lesson and I am so willing to do it for you as the next biggest investor of our company. As I have told you, there are perks that I am willing to take for you, Stephen.” He fell silent contemplating if he was going to accept my suggestions. In the end, he nodded. “Okay. What are you going to do?” “It will only take one phone call to ruin their lives. Just one call bearing your name and credentials and they will be done for.” I do not have any idea why he cannot just pick up his phone and do it anyway. With the number of his connections both in the private and public sectors, I doubt if someone can stand in the way of this man. “One phone call,” he repeated. “That’s all it takes to bring them down.” I smiled at him, putting more fuel on fire. “Yes.” “Then I expect you to take care of it for me, Shiela. And in your place of kindness, I will deposit a thousand micro-dollars into your account. Would that be alright?” I gasped. A thousand micro-dollars just for one phone call? Sure! “Of course. That is more than enough already.” Who in the right mind is going to pay me that huge amount of money just for a phone call? No one! So this is Stephen Sullivan’s world and I am lucky enough to have a taste in it. Cassey “Argh! I can’t believe that piece of s**t was able to blackmail me like this!” I spat out my frustration the second we were out of the rental house. I am fuming with madness at how Stephen treated us. When did he become such a decisive man? In our years of relationship, he always lets me have my way! How can he just push me away like this! “Does he really have that evidence? How did he get his hands on them?” Kimberly asked, puzzled by the way Stephen obtained those so-called proofs. “I don’t know!” I slapped my head in annoyance. “I guess my reckless parents gave them to him or he accidentally saw it on my phone! Kimberly, I don’t know!” I blew off the air and stomped my feet on the ground. I need that f*****g money he promised me but how can I force him to pay me?! “Now how can I get my money from him?! That f*****g man! Ughh!” “I think he is just bluffing with you. No way in hell he would release those. We both know who that guy is. Stephen is too timid to be that savage. He is a coward!” I looked at Kimberly and rolled my eyes at her. “But did you see him earlier? He looked so confident that I was confused. How did he change suddenly overnight? What happened to him like that?” “Does that even matter now, Cassey?” Kimberly snatched my arm and shook me hard. “Gosh, woman! What you need to be doing is finding a way to get the money and then getting back on him! He embarrassed us in front of that w***e! Now we have to get revenge against him!” My blood boiled remembering how he acted towards us in front of a b***h who looks too pretty and professional to be one. “You are right!” We stopped walking on the street and found a bench under the shade of a tree. “Think about anything you have against him. Any information, any dark secrets he is hiding that we can use to blackmail him back!” I thought long and hard about Stephen’s dark secrets that I can use against him but I can’t remember a thing. That man is too shy and timid to even have enemies along the way. “Wait!” I snapped my fingers when I recalled an important information. “His bank account!” “What about it?” Kimberly asked, anticipating good news. “I know all the passwords and account names of his bank accounts. He gave me access to all of those!” I erupted into excitement. He used our anniversary date as his password to prove that he really loves me which is such a stupd thing to do! “Didn’t he change all of them? He saw you cheating. Common sense would dictate him to change it immediately.” I took my phone as a wide smile was playing on my face. “Well not Stephen. I am sure he spent the whole night drinking about his pathetic life. This is not the first thing he would do and I am sure as f**k that I am right.” I opened the app of the bank where he deposited his money and typed away the password. Please let it still be the same! I need to take off that annoying confidence on his face! “So what are you waiting for? Log in his account now and take all his money!” “Oh you bet that I would do that!” I input the account name and password while closing my fingers wishing that he hasn’t changed it yet. “So, did you get in?” Kimberly peered into my phone. I bit my lower lip as my heart starts beating out of my chest. “Bingo! I got in!” I screamed in happiness. “That fool! He really did not change his passwords!” “Really? Now Stephen is really done this time! Good job, Cassey! Now take all his money away!” I immediately checked for his balance but what I saw made me cuss too hard. “f**k!” “What?!” Kimberly stole the phone from me and cursed too. “Damn it! He doesn’t have any money here!” She’s right. The one zero figure on the screen glares at us mockingly.
