ADAM POV The barbeque had ended but a bon fire soon replaced it. I took advantage of how laid back the pack members were, probably still in a slight food coma. Making my rounds, getting familiar with everyone once more. I always knew who everyone was and what they did. What stores they owned or what job they had. That didn’t mean I knew them. I could tell which ones were indifferent to me being back and which ones were still wary. Out of the pack members that would be reporting to me, most were indifferent, and I was not worried about the rest. It was good to know who they were, but it really didn’t matter. They didn’t have to like me, they just needed to do their jobs. That could wait though. Max and I caught wind of something delicious… something I looked forward to every morning. It
