Once I was done taking care of my Pastelito, I went to make sure that Devon and Jordan were getting everything ready. They would be taking twenty-five warriors the council had sent for the scouting mission, along with twenty-five of our own warriors that specialized in scouting.
I made sure they were the first to eat today. They would be driving most of the way, but once they got to the forest line in Oregon, they would be shifting. There was plenty for them to hunt but they needed to make sure they had enough energy to get to their camp site.
