Mary opened the door and saw the king pacing up and down the corridor while his two guards stood by the door watching him.
Immediately he saw her open the door, he stopped pacing as she went to meet him.
"His Majesty, the King, the queen has put to bed," she said as she made a curtsy.
Instantly, his face lit up with glee and he walked towards the room while Mary entered inside before him.
As the king entered the room, he shut the door behind him and walked towards the bed as the queen sat down with the baby in her hands while the surgeon and his assistant stood by the bed.
