King Duncan was pleased after Prince Devy sent his servants to tell him that he and his wife have agreed that they would be taking their children to the garden every morning to play with the princess.
The next morning, as Princess Tarella was playing in the garden with her toys, Jezreel came with her three children and one of her maids.
The queen was sitting on an upholstered armchair in the garden while Mary sat on a wooden chair beside her. Princess Tarella's two maids also sat on a plain wooden chair a bit away from the queen. However, the two guards stood close to the door.
The chairs were brought into the garden a day after the king visited. He ordered that the chairs be brought to the garden as he said that the servants need to sit while they watch over the princess.
