News traveled fast. By morning, everyone in the pack knew about my spar with Luke. I could hear the whispers as I walked by, some excited, some not so sure.
I overheard snippets:
No way she can beat him.
What if she does actually win?
Luke must have a reason for challenging her.
I didn't let it get to me. I didn't care what they thought.
I got why this was happening.
The pack was watching, trying to see who’s stronger and who’s weaker.
