"Excuse me?" Lexi said. Lucian didn't bother to reply her as he charged forward towards Nayon and collected the ball from her hand. The classmates casted their gaze on her ready for another episode of drama.
"You have a stubborn heart." Lucian said.
"Huh?" Nayon was confused and the next thing he knew was Lucian carrying her. This made the rest of the class gasp with shock as Nayon struggled to free from his grip but his physical strength couldn't be compared to hers.
Lexi watched as they both went away and anger crept inp her heart as he clenched her fist.

The school nurse had attended to Nayon and given her some drugs. "Are you sure she's okay nurse?" Lucian asked again for the 10th time and the nurse became confused.
"It's a normal thing for girls every month." The school nurse tried to call him down that it wasn't something very serious.
"So human girls do suffer every month?" His eyeballs went wild and large. The school nurse was so confused that she looked at Nayon's face who shook her head not to explain to him. The school nurse packed her drugs and both left the school clinic.
"Do you think all this will heal you?" Lucian didn't seem convinced as he pointed to the d**g bag.
"Why are you so concerned?" Nayon asked him.
"You're with my holy pearl which is very precious to me. I'm afraid if anything happens to you, my holy pearl will be gone forever." Lucian replied back which made Nayon's countenance drop.
"Your holy pearl is the only thing that you care about." Nayon said annoyingly with a sting in her heart.
"Yes cause that's my survival."
"Seriously. You don't care if I'm okay and you're only care about your holy pearl." Nayon was already getting annoyed.
"You humans tend to exhibit different emotions. Let me you a bottle of water to use for your drugs." Nayon watched as Lucian ran off to her her water. No one has ever cared for her to that extent even though it was because of his holy pearl. She felt he was a caring danger!
She sat down on one of the benches and held with tummy in pain. She felt a pain as he hair was gradually dragged up. She looked up and saw he was surrounded by Lexi and her g**g.
"What exactly is your problem? Haven't I told you to always step off whatever is mine? Were you cursed or do you have a death wish?" Lexi yelled as she moved towards her and moved to launch her a punch when she felt Nayon holding her hand back. "Seriously, you're fighting back?" Lexi shouted seeing Nayon sudden move.
Nayon didn't know where she suddenly had the courage and strength to fight back. "It must be holy pearl working." She said to herself. Lexi made another attempt to slap her but Nayon gave her a really hard push which landed her on the other side.
Nayon was happy and contented seeing she was actually able to fight Lexi back but seeing Lexi standing up and her angry face, her courage went wet and with almost 5 of them, she knew she was in for trouble. She picked up her running shoes and ran for her dear life.
Lucian was returning from the water refiling station when she saw Nayon chased by a couple of girls. Nayon tripped over and fell on the floor along with Lexi and others who were on full speed. Nayon groaned in pain as Lexi pulled her hair up violently. Nayon shouted in pain and a large force radiated around and threw all of them off her making them to land in different positions.
Lucian seeing this quickly rushed over to Nayon. "My holy pearl, are you okay?" He shifted his angry gaze on Lexi who immediately stood up. Lexi could see and feel the danger emitting from his eyes. Those black pupil eyes were so handsome and devilish and breathes DANGER.
She quickly stood up and ran away with her g**g. He sat Nayon up and wanted to help her adjust her blazer when she held his hand. "Tell me, is your holy pearl the only thing you care about? Do you care about me?" For the first time in Nayon's life, she felt cared for and important. No one had never looked after her health or feel concerned about her slightly moves but here so was receiving everything from a strange demon. She wanted to know if she was been genuinely cared for or just for his personal benefit.
Lucian purposely avoided the questions and helped her pick her d**g bag. "We can talk about that later."
"No Lucian, I want an answer now!" She yelled at him. She wanted to know if she was getting important or she was just the same old, foolish, dump, insignificant, easily bullied and worthless Nayon. Just before she could comprehend, Lucian disappeared leaving Nayon in her pathetic position and for the rest of the day at school, he didn't appear.
