Lucian whimpered in pain when he saw his powers were fading and he needed a recharge. Nayon! He whimpered in pain as they grabbed him and gave him another rounds of punch and kicks. He seems to be brutally beaten by the hooligans. A female student witnessing this scene ran back to the school arena and rushed to be laboratory.

"Teacher, Lucian is brutally beaten outside." The girl barged into the physics class and interrupted and the whole class were thrown into waters of panicking. Nayon couldn't believe what she heard. She was the first to drop her pen and ran outside the laboratory while other followers her.

The news had already spread throughout the school and students were watching from outside from the school. Lucian was whimpering for pain when he saw Nayon. Nayon seeing his state ran to him and held his hand. The whole school wondered what was wrong with her as they were already taking pictures and videos.

Lucian felt his strength coming back until he was fully charged. He sprung up and gave the hooligans the worst beating of their life.

The situation supposed to be curbed into preventive measures but he turned out to be an interesting view for the students and they cheered for Lucian. Within five minutes, Lucian was able to clear them and looked up to see the whole school cheering for him.

Lucian casted his looks on Nayon and could see the wide smile on her face. He smiled back an they both stared at each other like they were in space until Lucian's countenance changed as he saw Lexi pushing Nayon into the sea. This cause a panicking in the school as the teachers rushed over called the emergency hotline. Who would want to enter a sea? No one expect Lucian.

Without thinking twice, he dived into the sea and went to reach out for Nayon. He saw her already going down gradually. He pulled her over and with his powers, he was able to get out of the sea. He tried emergency first aid acts and with the aid of the teachers, Nayon coughed out the water out of her lungs and regained her consciousness.

"Leave everyone. She need fresh air." The teachers tried to send the students who already gathered around the scene.

Nayon woke up only to see her mother, father and brother in her room beside her bed waiting anxiously for. She saw her mother crying and her wart melted when her mother threw her a huge hug.

"Never ever thought of leaving us again. We love you." Her mother said for the first time and Nayon founded herself crying as she hugged her mother back. What a great reconciliation! "A guy waited for you even though I told him to get going and weirdly he chose to wait at the rooftop.

Nayon ran to the rooftop without waiting and opened the door and to her guess, it was Lucian. She was very happy he was always there for her. She ran and threw him a huge hug. "Is that you Nayon?" He asked and she replied with a yes. "Tighter." He said as if he was afraid to let her go and he turned around and held her face. "Never let go again."

"I'm sorry! What about your holy pearl?" Nayon asked.

"I don't care again, you're more precious and I realized whenever I need a charge, I'll rest on you and not just get a charge but a good nap." He said with a huge smile which made Nayon smiled. Lucian bent his lips to hers but Nayon pushed him back a little bit.

"You can't recover your holy pearl by sucking my throat." She said but Lucian smiled. "I know what that's mean now." He said as she placed a kiss on her lips and the next thing they heard was coughs. They faxed back and saw Nayon's mother, father using his hands to block her brother's eyes.

"Sir. Ma'am." Lucian bowed to them. "I'm Nayon's boyfriend." He said while Nayon playfully pinched him. She wasn't expecting to say they to his family on the first day of meeting them.

"What's your name?" Her mother asked.

"Lucian."

"How old?" This made Lucian and Nayon looked at each other before replying.

"18."

The next day at school she was heading to her class and was able to take her bottle of coke when she saw Lucian snatching the bottle from her. "You shouldn't be taking this. I've later figured out what is wrong with you." Nayon could see the warmth in his eyes and was happy for life. This man was a mysterious demon, nope! He was a CARING DEMON!

They both stepped inside the class and was shocked by the scenario. The class was decorated with balloons and cards with inscription, 'Get well soon Nayon.' She felt like crying, her own classmates organized a welcome back for her. They all gathered around her and sang for her.

"Hope you weren't that hurt?" One asked.

"My goodness. It as such a terrible sight." Nayon could see the warmth and loving kindness in their eyes. Did they really care about her to this extent? She felt so loved and important at that moment.

"It's not that we like you, Lexi had threatened us all to stay clear of you or we'll have a terrible school life." One confused which the remaining supported.

Yes! That was true! Where was Lexi.

"Her Dad was sacked yesterday due to some fraudulent and she was also expelled for pushing you into the sea. We are free." Another said and the class erupted into a laughter.

"My family runs a chicken shop business. Are you guys free after school we can catch up there and have a class meal." A female students said and they all agreed.

"Cheers to new life." A student raised a toast and they all hit their cups and drank down their cups at a shot. They were having a class party and it was going great.

Lucian pealed a shrimp for Nayon and gave it to her to eat which marveled the classmates. "Why is so eating from his chopsticks? Are you guys dating?"

"No...." Nayon wanted to hide it from her classmates but Lucian broke the talk.

"Yes since yesterday." He said as if he didn't give a damn care which made the classmates hooted with cheers and laughter. Nayon couldn't help but stare what this mysterious man who came into her life just two days ago and changed everything about her. He recovered her lost soul and became her caring demon. Though no one knows of his identity, but he was the best thing that has happened to her.

She couldn't just help thinking and was interrupted when he stretched another shrimp to her. With a huge plastered smile, she bite down the shrimps.
