Chapter 2
Loneliness. Depression. Swelling and covering inside those thick layers of her eyes. Her soul was lost and her mind cannot be retrieved. Everything seems like a woe to her. She had always been questioning her existence and was tired of not getting an answer to herself. To herself and everything surrounding her, she was a waste of oxygen.
Life wasn't giving her what she was expecting. She tries to behold what she sees when she close her eyes and drives in her universe of dream. Those fancy little dreams of enchanted forests and bloomed flowers but life had a funny way of proving her wrong by twirling into her deepest abyss, hot and unfavorable.
Her hair was dry and her skin ran pale under the deadly cold weather. She looked lifeless as her eyeballs had almost popped out of their socket, leaving her lips cracked. She stood up from the street bench and noticed an upcoming trunk. Yes! This was her perfect chance. She was fully ready. Ready to leave the world of emptiness where everything was chaos to her. The thought made her give out a faint smile as she closed her eyes hoping to be carried by the chariot of death and sleep in the peaceful arms of the angels who will sing her melodious hymns.
She faced the trunk who was on high speed and out of control. A little gap was between her and death yet she was very happy. She was ready to die. Yes, the trunk was just about to collide with her when she felt a huge force pushing her hard on the floor. This made the trunk went separate ways as she crashed to the floor.
Nayon fell on the floor and she seems to lost her consciousness. She felt something dropping in her mouth as she fell on the ground. She swallowed it before a complete blackout and all she could see was an handsome face. Yes an handsome face yet looking fierce. It looked like fire yet it was attracting. It was like an enticing danger.

Nayon slowly opened her eyes as a sharp pain ran in her head. She sat up and realized she was in the hospital with her mother and brother beside her. She woke up only to the yelling and scolding of her mother. "Do you know how worried you kept me?"
"Mother, I'm not in mood." She was not in mood for these craps. She was just involved in an accident and her head hurts like hell. She was trying to sit up when swing remembered something. Someone was involved in the accident with her. She quickly brushed off her blanket and stood up.
"Will you come back here?" Her mother yelled but choose to ignore as sweet asked a ward attendant about his whereabouts.
"He's in the next curtain." Nayon thanked the ward attendant as she opened the numbered curtain but the next scene shocked her. She saw a man lying on the hospital bed. His hair was perfect black; silky and meticulously gelled. He had the fairest skin of all and exclusive and breath catching facial features. He had long eyelashes anyone could fantasized of with blue pupil eyes which were enough to spellbound, all ran down to his well pointed nose and all ended at the end of his luscious lips.
He suddenly woke up and stare at the nurse attending to him fiercely. "Where am I?"
"You were involved in a road accident and was rushed down to the hospital." The nurse narrated the incident to him yet he was looking confused. He shifted his gaze to his stomach and saw it dressed with a bandage few drops of blood were leaking. He used his hands to brush some blood and brought it to his face.
"There's no way I can't be bleeding." He said confusedly and frighteningly with so much anger on his face. The nurse couldn't comprehend what was wrong with the handsome patient. She took her bow and left his curtain. Nayon pouted her lips wondering what was wrong. He was involved in a road accident and he was meant to suffer an injury. Why so much fuss? She entered the curtain and approach him to thank him for yesterday's help.
He felt a strange yet warming presence in the room. He turned around and saw a girl approaching him, his skin rose angrily. His ear began to ring as he casted his looks on her throat. Nayon went closer to the the man and spoke. "I just wanted to thank you for yesterday and sorry for been hurt. I wish you a quick recovery."
Nayon notice his gaze was on her throat and was whispering something like 'holy pearl'. Before Nayon could take any action, the man has already headed for her throat. She started panicking as she gasped violently and tapped the man's hand to release her.
"Give me back what's mine? My holy pearl." He said angrily as Nayon was able to see a iron tray an hit it on his head making him to release her.
