"Good morning class, this is your new classmate. Lucian..." The class teacher stopped when he realized he didn't ask for his surname.
"Park." Lucian completed it for him.
"Welcome Lucian Park." The class teacher announced and the class erupted into a clapping ovation. He was such an handsome classmate that most of the girls has been drooling on. Nayon looked at the smiley faces on her classmates and wish they could give her such.
"Can Lucian sit down with me Sir?" Lexi said as everyone roared with an O. Lexi was the most popular and beautiful girl in the school and the new handsome classmate sitting beside her was a big hit.
"Nope. I want to sit beside Nayon." The only thing Lucian cared about now was his holy pearl, Nayon. The class was shocked by his refusal. Lexi burnt with anger as he tailed behind Nayon and sat beside her. He helped her on her seat and the class kept wondering why was wrong with them.
"Why are you stuck with me?" She felt so comfortable just when he had refused Lexi to follow her.
"I'm stuck with my holy pearl not you." He reminded her and Nayon's countenance died. Just when she thought someone cared about her, he was just for his benefits. It seems like she was cursed to be far from everyone.

It was lunch time and everyone was out of the class filling their tummies with delicious snacks and meal. Everyone was out of the class in the cafeteria but Nayon stood back not just because it of the video and shame but it was also her time of the month.
She whimpered in pain and held her stomach as her cramps kept hitting her. She placed her head and suffered in silent pain. Lucian entered the class and saw her alone in the class.
"Aren't you going to the cafeteria?" He asked her as Nayon raised her head up and met his face.
"You're also here." She replied.
"I can't stop myself low to eat with you humans." Lucian noticed she was holding her stomach and he want down to her. "Are you okay? Are you fine? My holy pearl." He panicked and Nayon casted a stern look on him. Was his holy pearl the only thing he cared about?
"You can't understand." She replied.
"Tell me, you're with my holy pearl." He shouted. Nayon felt no point of telling him. Even human boys wouldn't never understand, let alone a demon. Lucian placed his hand on her tummy.
"Why are you doing?" She replied.
"I'm trying to subsidize the pain, the holy pearl is a great source of healing." Nayon felt the pain subsidizing slowly.
"Do you mean as I am with your holy pearl, I can do as much as you do?" She asked him with much excitement.
"Not much." Lucian said as he fell to the ground and placed his hand on his left check. He felt so weak.
"Are you okay Lucian?"
"Nope, my heart is fading. I need a recharge from my holy pearl." He said as he was already weak. "Let me hold your hand please." He stretched out his hand to her. Nayon accepted it and sat him on the chair. Before sending could comprehend anything, Lucian's head fell on her laps and had already slept off.
Nayon was so shocked. Does demon sleeps so easily? She watched him sleep peacefully and then decide to sleep too. She placed his head on the table and they both slept off. So perfect!

Lunch time was over and people were coming into the class and were all shocked by the scene they were seeing. Lucian was sleeping on Nayon's laps. Lexi was so angry by the scene that she kicked a table which made the two wake up.
Seeing the whole class was back, Nayon quickly pushed Lucian away from her laps and stood up. Everyone went to pick their sport wears cause it was time for P.E class. She could feel the pain in her stomach creeping back. She went to her locker and opened it to pick her sport wears. She saw Lexi talking to her g**g and was so annoyed that she stared at her with anger.
The next thing that happened shocked her. Lexi tripped and fell on the floor which made everyone around burst into laughter. Nayon quickly sealed her mouth with her hand so as not to erupted into laughter. She made her way to the gym

Lucian was coming from the washroom and was about to enter the gym when he was blocked by Lexi. "Hi. I'm Lexi Downs, the principal's daughter." She tired to sound please and appeasing to his ears. Lucian's focus wasn't on her, it was Nayon who was playing with the rest of the class.
"She'd never listen. Why are humans so hard to convince." He said which made Lexi confused.
"Excuse me?" Lexi said.
