It has been a month since Eolly talked to Seily. Her question lingers in Eolly's ears until now. What would she do about Richard and Rachel's daughter?
Eolly was not the first person who ever encountered such a kind relationship. There were also another couple who had been married first and the other became unfaithful, which led to having a child, but still managed to settle into an understanding.
But Eolly was different, she took it seriously that she felt guilty for their child. She felt that it was her fault that the child would never have a complete family with her real parents.
She knew how it felt to have a single parent, she only knew her mother, and at a very young age she became an orphan. So you could say that she understands the child more than her parent
