By the next morning, we have a plan for the week. All the dates have been set up in one day to get them over with. The medical center is opening with my mate's new lab and the interviews have been scheduled. I added a fake business meeting in the city so the Alpha council would think I was not in the house and, of course, that is when they scheduled Lewana's interview.
I am going over the standard business and other plans for the week when we receive an urgent mind link from one of the soldiers.
“Alpha King. I think we have a border breach as there’s an unfamiliar scent in our territory. What action would you like to take?”
“Myself and Lady Lewana are coming. Alert the hunters and they can meet us there. Confirm your location.”
