I slowly wake in the morning in the comfort of Conrad's bed but he is not in the bed. I can hear the shower running and steam coming out from the door. We were so tired last night we went straight to sleep so neither of us showered.
I start to consider going back to my room to shower and get ready for the day when I hear him call my name. Maybe he needs me to get him something.
