After checking the stats of a Basic and an Intermediate monster, Ushar was quite sure his battle against any Advance monsters would be gruesome.
As for the quest about killing a Supreme monster, Ushar was sure the system was actually trying to get him killed.
Thinking back to one of the sight he had seen before going unconscious however, Ushar realized he might just be dangerously deep end into that death right now. After all, the advanced creature had been torn apart by some strange vines and these vines had also snatched him and brought him into this place.
Ushar’s body trembled slightly before he closed his eyes and released a deep breath, then, he did it.

[War Tentacles – Supreme Level: This skill allows the user to summon an almost unending amount of tentacles to engage the target physically and overpower them; enemies kill like this cannot be absorbed by the tree so this is not a preferred method of attack.]

Ushar felt slight perspiration building on his face after seeing this, just as he had realized, the tree under him was not just a tree, it was monster tree. And this tree had almost killed him if not for the system, looking at Aria; he could not understand what exactly was happening to her.
In fact, Ushar did not feel very much surprised at this fact, after all, he had also met a load of man other bizarre creatures just that non were actually quite capable of killing him like this tree, even at his peak, this was a battle Ushar wasn’t willing to fight.
“f**k the quest, I should just try to escape with Aria first.” He muttered before jumping down into the branch where Aria laid and suddenly, he could feel the tree quaking.
“Damn! Has it detected what I am planning to do?” He thought in alarm, picking Aria off the tree in a moment before pushing off in a giant leap.
In his way however, a wall of tentacles had risen.
The tentacles rapidly build up as if aiming to form a dome over him but Ushar wasn’t planning to be trapped.

Even though, Ushar health was still all time low, his other stats were all recovered and he just had to avoid being wounded. The world slowed down all around him as he landed deftly on one of the tentacles but before it could bind him, he had shot up right through a round hole at the top before the dome closed on him.
“Damn!” Ushar cursed on escaping the dome as gravity pulled him back towards the ground. He had refused to use his bone amour simply because he wanted to try crossing the whole swamp in one leap but this was clearly impossible. On the ground approaching him swiftly, he could see a dense mass of green tentacles; in fact, the tree seems to have swiftly grown a forest of its own.
Making a swift decision, he grabbed Aria’s waist with one arm before spinning in the air and throwing her into the forest in the distance with great strength, he could see the tentacles all shooting after her but he knew they couldn’t catch her. After all, it was better if she broke some bones than get sucked to the bone by the devilish tree.

Ushar landed right on a tentacle which instinctively curled around his body but he had simultaneously activated his bone amour as his arm covered in sharp bones slashed into the tentacle.
However, even though it looked quite soft, his attack had only made on small scratch on the tentacle but still, it went swing away from his superior strength.
Ushar could however, see hundreds of other descending on him; this surely wasn’t something he was ready to face.
Shaping the bones on his hand into two small round shields, Ushar maneuvered within tentacles, deflecting and dodging with great precision and reflexes and soon, he pushed away a bunch of tentacles before leaping high and when he landed, it was into the forest as he rolled for some distance before coming to a stop.
Ushar breathed rapidly in place and for once, he was grateful to the system for giving him the skill, Will of stone. It was only due to its great boost to his perception allowed him to move through the vine forest with great concentration and clarity; it was like he had eyes behind his back.
“I can’t stay still.” He groaned forcing his fatigued muscles to work as he stood before sniffing around. Then he dashed towards a tree below which Aria could be seen lying motionless, her eyes tightly shut and if not for the faint heartbeat he could hear, Ushar might have think she was dead, still, he had to do something to improve her situation.
Suddenly, Ushar saw the world around him brightening and he looked into the sky. “I am not really getting a break soon, am I?” He muttered looking at the dawning sky.
“Well, I should look at the brighter side, I guess.” Ushar muttered before summoning the system’s messages.
