New Pack of Wolves 11

I was so nervous. My hands were sweaty and I was clenching them every second as I held Thalia in my arms.

I was pacing back and forth in Sebastian's room trying not to think about going downstairs and presenting myself to the huge pack in front of the pack house. It was Saturday morning, I was going to be presented as Luna to Sebastian's pack and I wanted to make a break for it.

'Breath Isabella Breath. It's just a big pack of wolves who you are now going to be leading by Sebastian's side. No biggie.'

"Isabella are you ready?!" I hear Sebastian yell from downstairs

I jump a little at Sebastian calling me and let out a panicky breath

"Sorry" I hear him shout as he starts climbing up the stairs no doubt that he heard me almost fall.

He opens the door to his room and I look up and notice his black dress shirt and his nice fitted khaki pants hanging loose on his hips along with some casual boots. He sees me walking around the room nervously, something I've been doing for the past hour and rushes over to me in worry.

"Hey, hey, hey we don't have to go if you don't want to Isabella?" he says while putting his arm over my shoulder. The warmth of his arm and body bring me comfort and I lean into him more.

"No I have to go Sebastian, I'm okay here take Thalia." I hand Isabella over to him in his strong arms and kiss her on her forehead as we descend towards the stairs and out the front.

As we walk down our walkway outside I could smell all the different scents roaming in the air. People were talking and murmuring words that I couldn't comprehend as we got closer and closer. At my raspy breath Sebastian puts a hand on my lower back for comfort and slightly pushes me forward urging me to keep on going.

We head through the back door of the pack house where a huge living room is, we then walk towards the front door were I can see people outside the window standing outside waiting for their new Luna to be presented to them.

"Breath Isabella just breath I'm here." I hear Sebastian say behind me, his breath hits the junction of my neck, chills run up and down my body as his lips slightly touch the arch of my shoulder.

"Don't do that! Youre distracting me!" I say with a huff while pushing myself away from him. A slight laugh slips out between his lips, "Stop, It's not funny." I say turning around towards him and seeing him cradling Thalia brings me into a more relaxing state.

"Come on let's get this over with." Sebastian says grasping the door knob and turning it so we can both step outside into the crowd.

The door opened and outside revealed a big crowd full of anxious people. Men were standing on guard outside of the crowd. Women were huddled close to their mates and children were around holding on to their hands.

Elders had chairs to sit on but were standing at the presence of their Alpha and new Luna. The porch that wrapped around the pack house was clear of people for the exception of Sebastian's mom who was looking at us in an honoring way. I spotted Violet with her baby bump and I'm guessing the man next to her was her fiancé/mate who was just as tall as Sebastian if not a bit shorter. A man a few inches shorter then Seb came up from behind us and kneeled down before us. A beautiful lady was next to him and bowed down her head as well with a new born baby in her arms. Once I looked over at what they were doing I looked around confused then I turned around towards Sebastian. He nodded his head just slightly as if saying 'just go along with it'. Sebastian handed Thalia over to me as he stepped forward and looked towards the crowd.

"Over the years each and every one of you have found your mate and I have finally found mine. A mate is the one who holds you and is there for you when you comeback home. They are here to hold and to love. So today I present to you my beloved mate, the Luna of The Bloodwell pack, Isabella Martin." Cheers erupt around the pack house as I step forward with Thalia in my arms and Sebastian has his arms wide open for me to step into.

"Tonight we feast for our beloved Luna who has joined us for the better life of this pack." Sebastian says, with that last sentence people separate towards the food where picnic tables are scattered around the front yard. As people left to eat the man and woman who had bowed before came up to us along with their new born baby.

"Congratulations Sebastian! It's about time." the man says giving Sebastian a man hug as he looks over at me

"Thanks Troy! Isabella I'd like you to meet my beta Troy Griffin and his mate Andrea Griffin." the handsome man shakes my hand and the beautiful dark eyed women comes up to me with her baby in her arms wrapped in a blue blanket while Sebastian and Troy stray a little far to talk

"It's nice to finally meet you, Isabella." she says with a bright smile on her face

"The pleasure is all mine" I say smiling at her and looking towards the little newborn in her hands

"How much months is she?" Andrea ask while looking down at a stirring Thalia

"She's almost six months and him? He looks like he's just a newborn" I say while peeking over to her blanket

"He is actually, he's just a few weeks old." she says smiling down at him

I spot Violet coming up to us with her swollen stomach and Adeline on top of her what I'm guessing fathers shoulders.

"Isabwella!!" I hear Addy scream

"Hi Addy" I say waving at her. Addy gets off of his shoulders and runs towards me and Andrea while Violet waddles over to us holding her stomach.

"Isabella it's nice to finally have another two girls join the family. I'm happy for both you and my brother even if he went a little caveman on you." she says while hugging me

"Thank you Violet it means a lot, we talked about it."I say with a smile

"Isabella! Come down here so you can meet the pack!" I hear Sebastian shout

I excuse myself from the lady's and meet Sebastian down at the steps of the pack house with Thalia wiggling around in my arms. Kids run towards me as I step down with Thalia who stays silent as the children come nearer. Questions are thrown left and right from the little kids and excited squeals are heard from the girls.

'Is she the alphas baby?'

'She's so cute what's her name'

'Can I hold her?'

'Is she gonna have a little brother?'

I whip my head towards the cute little boy who asked the question and then turn my gaze back to Sebastian and we lock gazes and in that moment I truly know that this man; my mate is the one man I will come to love and adorn when the time is right.

The sun had dropped over the trees and it was pitch black outside the pack house where some couples were cuddled up to each other and some little kids were sitting by the bonfire roasting marshmallows and preparing their little s'mores. So many people were part of Sebastian's pack that I couldn't remember all their names, even the children that Addy introduced me to. They had surrounded me from everywhere that I had no idea where to look. Some warriors that I was introduced to by Sebastian were currently on the outskirts of the pack territory standing guard for any threats that came to harm the pack. Thalia was upstairs in Sebastian's old room in the pack house where I could see the light of the lamp illuminating the window. I was sitting in a beach chair a blanket covered me as I lay and watch the kids eating their chocolate s'mores. Sebastian was talking to some elders a little farther away with a cold beer in his hand and with his buttons to his shirt open just slightly revealing his smooth muscular chest.

He turned around to where I was sitting like he knew that I was openly ogling him.

'This I can get used to' I think to myself. With a heavy sigh as I shut my eyes.

It smelled like smoke. All around me it was hot. I opened my eyes and there was fire everywhere. I got up on my feet in a rush from the Beach chair and looked around. There was children on the ground bleeding from deep scratch marks. Mothers were cradling their now dead children to their chest. I was in the state of shock for what seemed like minutes. And then realizing that I had left Thalia up in Sebastian's old room. I sprint towards the front door of the pack house and ran up the huge staircase. I get to the second floor of the huge house remembering that this is the Alphas floor and run past Sebastian's office towards his old room. The door was locked. Thalia's wailing can be herd from the other side of the door and I rammed my shoulder into the door but it was no use. Changing into my wolf I rammed my head against the door and it slammed open revealing blood splattered everywhere and a huge wolf . His eyes were half open half closed and I realized it was Sebastian coated with red blood all around his huge size. A whine comes out between my lips and I nudge my nose towards his bulky wolf form. The wind is blowing slightly from the open window. I rush towards the window and can see a baby being held in a mans arms; Thalia. He turns around and looks up towards the open window as if he heard me; Cole. His grin is sinister as he takes his final steps into the dark forest with Thalia in his arms.

"Bella! Isabella wake up!" I hear Sebastian's voice panic and out of breath

I open my eyes to a dark room sweating and trembling. Sebastian's naked chest is the first thing I see as he stands by his old bed where I lay. His green orbs in panic and observing me carefully. Thalia is next to me her little figure surrounded with big fluffy pillows.

"Isabella are you okay? You wouldn't stop shaking." he says glancing back at me and Thalia

I look around his old bedroom where he said he would spend his nights when he was to tired to head back home from pack duties. It was a nice room with a bathroom attached to it and another door that probably led to a closet.

"How did I get here I..I thought I was sleeping in the chair, with all the kids" I say while lifting my upper body off of the bed.

"I carried you up here. You wouldn't stop whimpering and the kids said you were shaking a lot. That's when I brought you up to the room." he says looking me once over

I look down at my attire and I now just notice the black shirt Sebastian had on form earlier and some really baggy sweats. A shirtless Sebastian goes and sits back on what looks like a very uncomfortable chair while rubbing his hands over his face.

"What time is it?" I ask softly

"It's four in the morning. A lot of people didn't come back inside until two when I called lights out for everyone." He says looking at me with his tired green eyes.

He leans back in his chair with a big sigh.

"I'm going to sleep in my office on the couch it's right through there if you need anything" he says pointing to what I thought was a closet

He stands up from his seat and as he does he dips down to kiss my forehead and takes a step to head towards the extra door where his office was located. I take a hold of his hand and pull him back towards the side of the bed so he's looking down on me.

"Seb...stay with me..sleep with me and Thalia. I promise I won't freakout."
