Mum: I don't know ask your son.

Dad: Why did you badge out on him in that manner you know he starts to talk rudely and acts out even more

Mum: I think you should do The talking these days because he no longer listens to what i say

Dad: Okay. He Takes her hand. What happened?

Mum:Well you see im worried about the friends he's hanging out with.

Dad: You mean Rex?

Mum: Yes hes so arrogant thats what i heard from their teacher and you and i know how much we have been trying to get him out of those groups of people he still will not listen.

Dad: its alright let me go and talk to him okay.

Mum: Okay

Dad:Wait don't leave to the kitchen yet let me have a word with him

He leaves to Richards room.Knocks the door first

Richard: Who is it?

Dad: Its me Richard

Richard: Come in dad

Dad: Richard, i just finished talking to mum, whats wrong with you huh? Why don't you want to listen to your mum anymore?

Richard: Dad im getting tired of beinh treated like a baby, she's always complaining about Rex but Rex is a good friend of mine. He helps me out with my assignemts and homeworks i enjoy his company more than i do here at home.

Dad: why do you say that son?

Richard: because he's more free with me you guyz lock me up to only spend the weekends with you and i get very bored

Dad: Alright so what do you want?

Richard: There's a party happening at Rex place tonight and he wants me to come over, but mum doesnt want me to go and its 10pm

Dad: Alright Alright. See ill let you go okay... But promise me one thing that immediately you arrive you let me know for your safety okay?

Richard: Yes dad

Dad: That's my man... Heres something small for the party incase you want to buy anything when you step out..Alright im going to talk to your mum.

Richard: Alright Dad

Dad: And by the way son... What time is the party ending?... 5am...Okay...but remember the rules too okay

Richard: Yes Dad. No drugs, No alcohol, No sex

Dad: Great...catch you later in the morning then.

Richard..Thanks Dad

Scene switches:

Dad: Sweetie

Mum: Yes, did you talk to him?

Dad: Yes i did

Mum: What did he say?

Dad: i gave him the go ahead

Mum: You did what?

Dad: Hey relax okay, he promised to be good and to call when he arrives safely there and when hes coming back.

Mum: i cant say im happy about this you know?

Dad:I know

Mum:if anything happens to him ill hold you accountable for it.

Dad: Don't worry nothing will happen to him

Mum: Alright.

Act 2

Scene 2:

Night out-Party Time

Richard: Mum....its time am leaving...

He shouts but mum doesn't respond, so dad responds

Dad: Alright son see you later.

He shouts back. The door slams and Richard is out of the house and calls Rex

Richard: Hello, where are you now?

Rex:Am at your bus stop meet me there.

Richard: Okay great.

He's walking towards the bus stop and sees Rex on the other side of the road. He crosses the road but as he does he hears gunshots from his road.

Rex: Yo, w*****p

He hugs him.

Rex: Lets leave this place something is definitely about to happen. Rex stops a taxi and they both leave.

An hour drive from Richards home to rex home. They finally arrive. Lights everywhere, loud speakers outside, people all over the place.
