Meanwhile, Derek was having a hard time with his decision to stay away from Anastasia. He stalked her on social media but she hasn't posted anything since the last time they hung out, he got so close to calling her but he restrained himself because he didn't trust himself to say the right things.
Derek buried himself in work just to distract himself from thinking about Anastasia and it worked till he was back home again with nothing to do. He was in the kitchen when his phone started ringing, as usual, it was Gina. Derek has been evading her since she left the last time but she keeps calling regardless and just like other times, he ignored her call again... After a few minutes, the phone rang again which made him very upset.
