The weekend eventually rolled in but before then, Derek was a mess. He didn't go to work or anywhere for that matter for the rest of the week. Ever since Jared broke the news, all Derek could see were pictures and videos of them all over social media.
Derek was in his room when he heard the doorbell, he managed to get out of bed to get the door. And as promised, Gina was standing there with a small suitcase.
" Derek, something is wrong, you are a mess." She asked when he opened the door in his robe with scattered hair and dull eyes. He looked so cute and pitiful, so much so that Gina couldn't help but give him a tight hug, and luckily for her, he hugged her too. It was almost like he needed it...
" I'm fine, welcome." He said as he pulled away from the hug and stepped away from the door
