  MADISON   I texted my brother earlier, asking if he’d be staying in Atherton or at his condo. When he replied that he’d be in Atherton, I decided to stay at my parents’ house too. I wanted to talk to him.   I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off after what I’d noticed. While driving, I saw Hannah and Olivia walking ahead, with my brother trailing behind them.
