The next day I was in Hunter’s office with him just in case the pain the started up again. Well I had been in pain all day but not like I was last night. I was laying on the couch and reading a book so I wouldn't be bored.

The book I've been reading is about true mates and how the moon effects them, along with ranked wolfs. I set up a little to fast "Shit...fuck..." I grumbled as I held my stomach with one hand and the book with the other. I didn't want to lose my place in the book. Hunter got up with wolf speed and was next to me in no time "What is it dear? Is everything alright?" He said to me "Yes it is fine I just sat up to fast." I said to him and he nodded to me and kisses my cheek. "So what have you found?" He asked me and I looked at the book "The book was on you bookshelf so I wanted to read it" I said to him. He kissed my cheek "It must be really great if you sat up that fast." I nodded my head as I opened the book and Hunter put his arm around my should, since I was still in pain.

"The book says; when two true soul mates find each other they must mark each other under the full moon." I look up at Hunter and he has the same look on his face as I did when I first read it "Why?" Is all he ask and looked back at the book "It says that the true soul mates will be even closer then they would be if they would have marked each other after the full moon." I read the text to him and he looked at me “What does it say about high ranked wolfs?” I looked back at the book and read a bit father down “It says; if either one is an Alpha then they MUST mark there mate as the full moon is coming up.” I said to him “It also says they can mark and mate before the full moon raises.” I said as I looked up at him and he kissed my forehead, he went to get up and looked at him “Please don’t get up” I wined and he pulled me into his lap. "I'm never going to leave you my goddess" He said to me as I laid my head on his shoulder as he held me close and I smiled at that 'We are his goddess' Max chirped happily in my mind and I smiled at her 'Yes we are Max, yes we are' I said to her as we enjoyed being in our mate’s arms.

Hunter kissed the top of my head and I smiled at him “My prince” I said to him and he smiled at me “All yours, my goddess.” He said as he held me closely to himself and he rubbed my arm as he held me. It felt nice to be the arms of my mate.
