CHAPTER THIRTEEN As Alexa had expected, and dreaded, everything checked out with Nathaniel White. They could find no evidence he had been in Benson or Phoenix at the time of the murders, and he firmly maintained his innocence. The fact that he had no transportation, and no knife or b****y materials were found in his possession, made him a poor suspect. At least he was behind bars. He deserved to be there anyway. But that didn’t help Alexa and Stuart. They were still stuck with the double murder of two longtime judges.
