The ride back to the Delgado estate was a quiet one as Erduardo refused to look in her direction the entire time .

Camila moved closer to Quinton as the image of the lifeless man came to her mind .

How in heavens name was she going to look at Erduardo without seeing him as a killer . Deep down what happened tonight made her feel sick , how many people had he murdered .

They got to the estate and as they walked towards their room she stood rooted on the spot .

" You should join him Camila "Quinton said and she shook her head I'mmediately.

" I'm scared "she said and Quinton's eyes softened in her direction.

"Just go in " he said and Camila watched him leave. Taking slow strides towards Erduardo's room she tried her best not freak out .

Erduardo sat in the dark with a glass of alcohol and a pipe .

" Come in and shut the door " he said and she stood rooted on the spot .

" Sit down "he said as she made her way over to him .

" What is wrong with you ? "he asked and she stared at him speechlessly .

" You killed a man in front of me Erduardo..."she trailed as her lips quivered in hurt .

" Technically you were the reason why that man lost his life . He would be alive now if you had listened to my instruction and stayed with Quinton "he said and she stared at him in hurt .

" Why did you take me with you then Erduardo ? Did you take me there to watch Miranda on your laps ? "She asked and Erduardo watched her in disbelief.

" So this the main reason why you decided to constitute nuisance at the party ? "Erduardo asked and her eyes stung with unshed tears.

" You think the way I reacted at the party Is me Constituting nuisance then it's fine " she said as her voice broke at the edge.

" I know you think I'm childish and Rebellious ,but I was forced into this life , I'm not used to the bl##d or guns. Forcing your lifestyle on me has not been easy ! "she screamed angrily.

" How would you feel if i seat on another man's laps in a party we both attended together ! "she's said and Erduardo pinched the bridge of his nose .

" It's funny how you see the wrong in Miranda sitting on my lap . You made it clear to me that you would not consummate our marriage ,I thought you were ready for anything that follows "he said and she bit her lower lip to control the words that threatened to leave a mouth .

" You don't understand s**t about this business Camila ,what you did there would have gotten all of us killed of we weren't wise enough "he said and she looked away then back at him .

" Why did you take me there Erduardo ,I felt stupid and out of place .."she trailed .

" I brought you with me so you could see first-hand how things work here ,I didn't expect you to pick a catfight with Miranda " he said and stood up from the chair .

" I am going back to Spain "she declared and Erduardo stared at her calmly.

" That's if you can leave the estate , because I would be doubling the security on you ." He said and her body shook visibly from the anger .

" I have to go for work ,you can't stop me from working Erduardo ,it hurts" Camila said and Erduardo walked out of the room without listening to a word of what she was saying.

{ Erduardo's office }

" I told you to watch over her Quin ! The last thing I expected is to see her in front of us "Erduardo bursted angrily whilst Quinton stared at his feet the entire time .

" Your wife has a mind of her own and doesn't listen to anyone Capobranco "he said and Ignacio smirked .

" Her rebellious side can be overwhelming sometimes " Ignacio said and Erduardo cursed under his breath .

"She keeps Erduardo on his toes "Vincenzo said and they all burst out laughing.

" What's funny ?" he asked and they stopped laughing I'mmediately .

" Quinton seems too lenient on yet ,I have stopped her from working for the main time " Erduardo said and they stared at him .

" She is not a woman who loves to stay at home ,you should let her work "Vincenzo said and Erduardo frowned .

" Working ? You think posing half naked is working ! "he bursted angrily.

" When she gets a decent job ,we can talk about working " he said and the guys fell silent .

" Keep an eye on her "he said and they gave a nod .

Camila's hate for Erduardo grew as the days passed , she hadn't seen him since the night they both had that hot conversation in his room. All attempt to find out about his whereabouts seems to lead to nothing .

" Good morning Mrs Delgado ,I brought you breakfast " Zina said calmly.

" I am not hungry " she said as she lay on the bed .

" You have to eat something Mrs Delgado ,it's not healthy to skip meals and that's exactly what you have been doing these past few days" Zina said and Camila looked away.

" Where is Erduardo ? Is he alive ? Is he dead ? I want answers to my questions because I am tired to living my life like this "she bursted out in frustration.

" I feel cadged Zina ! I used to live the perfect life before becoming Erduardo Delgado's wife "She said and Zina felt bad for her .

" I sincerest apologies ma'am "Zina said and she sighed .

" Your apologies would not solve anything ,I need a change . "she said as her voice shook with hurt .

It was late at night when she heard the door open and anger grew from the pit of her stomach as she watched him make his way into the room looking stressed out.

One week , and this man decided to stroll into the room like nothing happened . Like he had not cadged her in his estate .

He placed the phone in his ear as he talked to whoever it was on the other end.

" Meet me outside Vincenzo ..."he said and walked out of the room again .

Camila opened and closed her mouth like a fish before walking outside to see what he was up to .

She waited for him for almost an hour before she caught sight of Erduardo walking towards their room .

" Where have you been Mr Delgado " Camila asked as she walked into the room angrily while trying to keep up with his movement .

She watched in disbelief as he took off his suit and began to unbutton his bl**d stained formal shirt .

" Eduardo Delgado I am your wife I deserve an answer as to where you have been and what you have been up to ! I am not a manequin or an arm candy ! "Camila bursted angrily as her lips quivered in hurt .

He stared at her for some time before walking over to the other side of the bed to get his car keys .

" Eduardo ! "She raised her voice and he tucked both hands in the pocket of his formal pants .

" What exactly do you want me to say Wife ? "he asked as his dark eyes dug holes in her body intimidating the living day lights out of her .

'' You said it yourself ,I am your wife Eduardo ,why does it feel like we are total strangers ...I can't bare this ..." She trailed as her eyes stung with tears .

" Then don't Camila " he said and her heart squeezed in hurt as she stared at him speechlessly .

" I'm not about to put up with your spoilt attitude."he said calmly .

"You can leave ,I'm not stopping you "he said gesturing towards the exit.

" Don't you dare say that to me "she said in hurt .

" Or what ? Your water works don't work on me . When you call yourself a wife you should be ready for the duties that follow ,clearly you are still a child "he said and tears rolled out of her eyes .

" I am not a child Erduardo "Camila said as she wiped the tears that rolled out of her Hazel eyes .

" You cant press the purse button in my life and expect things to go smoothly for me ,it's unfair "she said as her voice broke down .

" You just asked me to leave ,but we both know you won't let me leave ! What exactly do you want from me ..." She trailed angrily.

" Peace "he said calmly.

" Peace of mind that's all I ask Camila ,I'm not a fan of you ruining things for me "he said and she sat down quietly.

" Just let me go back to Spain , please"she said after some time .

" Your life is here with me ,in Sicily "he said and she cried

"Eddy please "she said and he stared at her calmly.

" You will get into a lot of trouble if I let you go to Spain . People now know you are my wife Camila . You have to let go of a lot of things or get killed "he explained calmly.

"It's better I get k##led than to leave my life in this estate where I'm not allowed to do anything "she said and Erduardo held her chin , raising her pretty face to meet his .

" You look so beautiful until you open this sharp mouth of yours ..."he said as their eyes met .

"I am mad at you Camila , I'm not a sweet guy . There is nothing sweet about me , you should know that by now . I promise our lives would be less complicated if you abide by the rules "he said and she looked away.

"I just wanna go "she said and he let go off her .

" Why do you enjoy getting on my nerves ? First you decided not to satisfy as my wife and now you want to leave "he said and she moved away from him .

" I'm not letting you go Piccolina { little one } " he said as her heart beat crazily against her chest .

She watched in awe as he brought out a pocket knife and took off the bullet . Bl**d gushed out of the injury.

" Are you okay ? "she asked as he dressed the wound himself.

"Very fine "he said and she walked over to him and took the first aid box.

" I'll do it my...."he trailed and she applied force on the injury.

Erduardo winced in hurt as he stared at her , watching her dress the injury quietly.

" Where did you learn to do this ?" he asked while staring at how beautiful she looked in a pink nightwear that complimented her skin .

" My Dad "she said and he didn't asked further questions.

"Stop staring at me "she said as she noticed his eyes on her roaming shamelessly.

" I have the licence to stare "he said and she raised her eyebrows .

" Eddy ..."she trailed wondering what the man was up to.

"You're mine "he said and she sucked under her breath .
