I was in Micah’s office – The Den.
It looked like a…normal office. From outside even when I reached his office room. Very classic like. The building was not very tall, just three floors.
Micah said to me before he was working on a service business. He was providing people to work and The Den filled with lots of talented people ready to be working in a different company. Micah told some about it in the car before. The people who worked with him here searched for a potential person to be nurtured before he dispatched them. He said it was an agency, headhunters, recruitment kind of company. Clients would come for Micah to look for a certain amount of people to be working with them. Micah searched for them, nurtured them, and sent them to the clients.
