Eve stared at Amelia’s phone, skeptically.
“What do you mean by that? What are you trying to do?” She asked, her voice cold and wary.
Amelia’s smile faded. Her expression hardened as her eyes reddened with sudden emotion, she held the phone close, clutching it as if it was a lifeline.
“Don’t act so innocent. Remember, I’ve got video proof. It’s all in here. And the police…” She paused, her voice dropping to a whisper. “They care about evidence not baseless stories. You all are done for.”
