Mana is the force that flows through and around every existing object in the universe, regardless of the presence of life. It can be manipulated and used by means of awakening of the “Vi” in a conscious body. The flowing mana in the universe is made up of very small particles which cannot be singularly seen by the n***d eye. There are two kinds of mana, the internal and the external mana; whereas the internal mana refers to the amount of mana that a certain medium can hold within its body; while the mana that can be found in the surrounding and is not contained in a medium is called the external mana.
