The Inter-Continental Alliance, more widely known as ICA, was founded on the first day of Catra’xahr, 3799 AOC. They have declared themselves as the protector of the world’s peace and order. They have spent half a century ending the Age of Chaos, and then begun a new era. In the end of year 3860, peace is established under the flag of ICA. The new Age of Tranquility officially begins in the year 3861, and lasts until the current time.
Despite being the most powerful organization in the world, ICA denies world governance and maintains the democratic rule among individual nations giving them a more independent government.
