Chapter 22Two weeks later “Happy New Year,” Pauly greeted her as she took her seat across the table from him. “God, I hope so,” Cam smiled back at him. “I didn’t expect to see you sober this early in the year.” Pauly shook his head in resignation. “I pulled traffic duty on New Year’s Eve. Spent the whole night getting drunks off the streets. Just a couple brawls, some verbal abuse. Nothing special.” “Sounds exciting.
