The Abused

Chapter 11

I just stared at him. I could not believe the secrets he just spilt. My mate could be like him.

“Our mate is special.” Hunter piped in.

“Do you really think our mate could have these gifts?” I asked so unsure.

“I think our mate is the strongest she wolf we know, and I believe she could handle it if the Moon Goddess chooses this path for her.” He said with pride.

After our little conversation, everyone was staring at me.

“I must admit I don’t know what to say. All I can think is I hope Danielle wakes up, and if this is the path the Moon Goddess chooses for her I will be right by her side every step of the way.”

“Good answer.” Elder Bret says to me with a slight sadness in his eyes.

“And if the Moon Goddess does choose such a path for your mate; I will help her learn control everything she is blessed with.”

My parents still could not believe what they were hearing. After a moment pause my mother finally spoke up.

“Aaron, I love you and whoever the Moon Goddess chooses for your mate. No matter if she is a regular human or an special wolf I will treat her no different.”

I nodded my head in the first real smile came to my face since the time I found her.

“Okay if that is all I am going to spend the rest of the day with her, possibly the night to. I’ll be back in the morning to do any Alpha duties.” They all nod their heads in understanding. Before I walked out the door my father stopped me.

“Son, I will manage all of the small matters, and you worry about the big pack matters during this time. I don’t want anything to fall behind. I will do whatever I can for you, and your mate.

“Thank you dad.”

..One Week goes by..

..Two Weeks go by..

..Three weeks go by..

I felt like I was loosing my mind, and emotions were everywhere. I was loosing control of my temper on a daily basis, and about a week ago Hunter, my wolf stopped speaking to me all together. I start vomiting almost every morning when I leave her; it’s unbearable to be away. I am only calm when I’m sitting right next to her. When I hold her hand or kiss her the mate bond was now close to completely non existent. I felt a spark this morning for the first time in days, and I pray that means she’s coming back to me. My parents, Doc, and Elder Bret are extremely worried about me. Elder Bret has already made some calls letting them know I may have to step down, and hand the Alpha title back to my father if she doesn’t wake up or worse.

“Mate.” Hunter spoke interrupting my thoughts

“Hunter, what?” I spoke uneasy and unsure.

“Mate. Go to mate.”

He didn’t have to tell me twice I closed everything in my office. Linked my dad immediately.

“Meet me in my office hurry”

Not even a minute passes he canes rushing into my room. I was about to tell him about what Hunter said when the doctor mind linked me.

“Alpha, get down to the pack hospital now it’s an emergency!”

“Dad, I got to go for the rest of the day; I cannot explain everything right now. The doct—“

He grabbed me on the shoulder.

“Son, go now. I can handle everything else.”

I nodded as I sprinted out of the door to the pack hospital; I was using every ounce of speed and strength I had to get to her. Once I walked in I saw Elder Bret and my pack doctor speaking in hushed tones. I speed up to them, as soon as I was there they rushed me into her room. She was starting to get pigment back into her now pink soft lips and beautiful tan skin. However her hair, Danielle’s roots were white, completely 100 percent snow white. I’ve never seen someone’s hair be naturally white. I looked at both Elder Bret and our Pack doctor for an explanation.

“Alpha, she’s coming back to us, however we don’t know why her hair is white now.” The Doctor said with hope, happiness, and slight concern clear in his voice.

“Doctor if you could leave me and Alpha for a moment please.” Elder Bret said.

The doctor nodded and walked out of the room.

“Aaron, I know you are feeling everything in an extreme right now; I feel she may have more power than I do just by looking at her. Only time will tell what gifts she was given if any. On the other hand, her hair also maybe a reaction to being with the Moon Goddess for so long. Since a soul is in the presence of something so pure; her body could have easily reacted to that. Aaron, please remember Danielle is in the same mind set as she was on the last day you seen her. Nothing has changed for her between you two. When she wakes up just take it slow. Okay?”

I just nodded,

“I am so overjoyed and revealed she is getting better.“

I felt my face getting wet from my tears of pure joy. I quickly grabbed her hand, then she finally held it back. I bent over, kissed her hand, and thanked the Moon Goddess for her gift to me.

Finally, I looked up, and her beautiful ice blue eyes opened.
