I didn’t want us to leave the cabin. This was our hideaway from all of the drama after we finished dinner at her parents’ house yesterday. I flew us out of town to be alone at our favorite spot. My mom didn’t want us flying up too late, but I promised we’d call once we made it here so she wouldn’t worry. I’m currently sitting on the couch looking at the magazine article I did a few months back, as Savannah sits next to me in the silk top to my pajamas, with me wearing the pants after we just finished up another round of s*x.
“Savannah is the reason I breathe, and I’ll do anything to make sure she never has to doubt my love,” Savannah says, quoting my interview verbatim.
Her foot nudges my leg, and I tap her on the thigh, leaning over to kiss her stomach.
“Too much?”
