13 Dave Dave typed up his notes from the interview with Leap. Though he still had to look over the police files, he had a feeling in his stomach that whatever was going on was a hell of a lot bigger than Svay Pak. While Svay Pak had been about the trafficking and prostitution of hundreds of children, there had been no murders involved. This case had already racked up 19 victims aged from six to fourteen. Dave knew that serial killers could often have long-lasting sprees in undeveloped or developing countries, usually with scarily high body counts, the cases of Luis Garavito and Pedro Lopez more than proved that.
