As Dave walked away from the Ministry, he reflected on the events that had just unfolded. He had fully expected the minister to put some sort of gagging order on him so was pleasantly surprised that his compromise suggestion had been accepted so readily. He had known that Nhay Sakphea had a reputation as a fair and progressive politician, but in the often volatile world of Cambodian politics that reputation meant little at times. But now having met the man, Dave could see why there was a lot of support among the people for this man to be the next prime minister.
