For the remaining few hours we had, neither Allen nor I could speak. We were both stunned by the glowing light that shone from my hand after I touched the pool of water. I didn't have the zeal to worry about thirst anymore. I was curious and needed answers. The whirl of consumption had passed by, and we were slowly walking through the woods, both of us lost in thoughts. Our silence or thoughts were not demystifying the mystery, but what other choices did we have? "We're here." Allen finally broke the silence, four hours later.
