Ellie's POV
"Jane!" I exclaimed, rushing to give her a tight hug.
'Now, somebody I was truly delighted to see.' I thought, as I felt her warm embrace again around me.
That spirit of being alone was actually no longer there, at least someone I could call family was here now.
"How did you find me?" I asked.
She just gave me a warm smile without response.
The moment she walked through those doors, it was like everything ceased to exist and nothing else mattered.
I couldn't put any of these betrayers or the evil stepsister I had above Jane.
"Welldone, Jane," Alpha Jones said, extending her a quiet, friendly handshake.
"Thank you so much, Alpha," she bowed her head. Jane was obviously too shy to receive a handshake from the Alpha.
