Sophia's POV.
I didn't stay till the end of the exhibition as I earlier planned. After learning the truth from Laura, I took the fastest bus back home.
I owed Ray one because if he hadn't given me the ticket, I wouldn't have met Laura there and heard the truth.
“Sophia!” Father exclaimed, standing up from his couch when I walked in.
“You are back so soon. I thought you said you would be back by 5pm. Did something happen?”
I walked past him with my head high, unable to wipe the smile off my face.
Alessandro didn't cheat on me. I wanted to scream it at the top of my voice. He loved me and I missed him so much. I couldn't wait to get back together with him.
