Chapter 33: He appeared to me.
Elena's POV.
I strode into the dark room and stood, watching a tall statue in the dark room face the window. Delilah, a maid assigned to me by Jake, said someone was looking forward to seeing me. I wondered who would want to see me and remembered Jake mentioned my mother was going to see me today.
I had a quick bath, dressed into a nice spaghetti hand white dress and walked out with Delilah. She led me through the hallway and stopped right at the doorway of an extremely dark room.
"Elena." My mom called me in her usual calm voice. I gulped down when I heard her voice. I've missed her voice a lot, I've missed my mom. I was moved, I was moved to hug her. I took a step toward her and her next line of action made me halt immediately.
I could not see her
