SUMMER
The maid stared at me in shock, unable to believe that I had slapped her like this.
I sneered as I watched the pure horror on her face, who the heck did she think she was to talk to me like this?
Perhaps I had been too kind to these maids and so they thought they could speak to me however they wanted.
"Summer...."
"Are you trying to get me killed? By saying Jenna did it for me, do you want me to get accused of being the mastermind behind all of this? Jenna tried to poison the Luna, and everyone wants to find the person behind it! Do you think that I am the one who did it?" I yelled at her.
My gaze on her was fierce, and she shook her head numbly, with traces of fear on her face.
The maid's eyes went wide as she seemed to come to a realization just then.
