Alec had a worried look on his face when I arrived back at the camp. He grabbed my shoulders and pulled me into his tent.
"Where have you been?" He asked me with a menacing look on his face.
I could understand his worry for me, and so I did not lose my temper.
"I saw a child wandering around, she looked lost, and I wanted to help her. She told me all about her mother and baby sister and how they were starving. I could not ignore it, and so I helped them with some foodstuffs," I explained to Alec and smiled.
Alec let go of my shoulders as he signed, a relieved look on his face.
