I was beginning to suspect Jace and Lena. Their closeness was disturbing.
At first, I warned him not to get close to her, then I wanted her too, but none of them was willing to listen.
I feel this tingling feeling whenever I see them together, and surprisingly, it hurts me.
Why was I feeling this way? Is this jealousy?
"What is going on here?!" My voice bellowed as I stared at both of them intently. His hands were wrapped around hers as if he wasn't ready to let go.
He didn't flinch, neither did she.
I cleared my throat, "What are you doing here? With Lena?" My voice held curiosity, beads of sweat lingered on my forehead.
Before Jace could answer, Lena spoke up, "He's just checking up on me, that's all."
"Is there anything wrong with that?" She quickly added.
