Jalasia POV

"Oh God you are NOT wearing that!!!" My oh so Christian father shouts as I come downstairs in grey acid wash ripped jeans, a black short sleeve XXXtentacion shirt, and my black, white high top vans

I groan inwardly and my mother scowls at my dad as she steps in

"Christopher there is nothing wrong with her outfit, she's fully covered from head to toe." My mom says defending me and I smile

"Those rips in the jeans says otherwise like her thighs are showing!!!" My father says and I roll my eyes walking out the door as I make my way to the bus stop

I see a few kids who go to high school with me and decided it would be best to keep my distance to prevent me from getting suspended on the first day back to school

I sat on the sidewalk criss-cross as I put in my white airpod headphones my grandma got me for Christmas along with my brand new iPhone 10 max my mom got me a few weeks ago without dad knowing, pressing shuffle Somo We Can Make Love comes on

She claim she didn't like me walking around with my out of date iPhone 6s Plus and the fact my dad spoiled my other siblings getting them phones

I just shrugged my shoulders and told her thank you, my dad always seen my older siblings as his prized children simply because he's too stupid to figure the sneaky s**t they get away with right under his hairy ass nose

Like literally when I was nine, I caught Bre'Aylah screwing Deacon Walker's two sons in the farmhouse in the back of dad's church

Even though she couldn't prove who caught her she always suspected it was me because in her eyes I was quote, unquote snooping around being nosey

And my brother Christian, he literally was clapping a girl on the sofa when I twelve the day he was suppose to be babysitting me so mom and dad could go out and celebrate their anniversary

He favorites all them, but they've done so much worse than I have they were just slick enough to not get caught

But the thing is I never tried to hide anything I do, I did what he asked of me and still do

I make good grades, I haven't gotten into a fight since sixth grade when I slammed Samantha's face between my lunch tray and the table and that was my first time in the back of a police car

But in my defense Samantha called me a monkey and then tried to put her nasty chewed gum in my fro thinking I wasn't gone send her ass back to 1962 with her racist ass kinfolks

SCREECH!!!

I lift my head up to see the bus approaching and I jog getting behind this auburn hair girl onto the bus I make my way to the back as the bus pulls off not even waiting for me to sit down first

As the next song comes on Acquainted by The Weeknd I shift feeling a different type of emotion come over me

I start to think about Blake

"I wonder does he take the bus to school." I think to myself as I squirm hoping nobody sees me

I've wonder what his hands felt like everyday after the brief moment of us making physical contact at the mall

My body getting warmer when its cold as hell outside I could feel my breathing becoming shallow

I calm down once I felt someone sitting next to me

I turn and see this clearly mix chick, her hair texture similar to mine it was the auburn color, but she has a lighter almost pale complexion

"I'm Zynia, I take it your Jalasia?" She asks and I arch my brow

"And how do you know me?" I question my guard up in case this heifer tries something

"My big sister use to mess around your sister Bre'Aylah." Zynia informs making me internally gag

"Ohkayy I did not need to know none of that whatever happened between your big sis and mine ain't got s**t to do with me." I state and she smiles

"I know, but you seem cool plus I can help you with your little problem." Zynia says and I give her a weird look

"My problem? What problem you talm bout?" I ask about five seconds away from smooshing this girl head between my hand and the window

"You looked as if you were horny." Zynia states and I felt my face warm

Thank God I'm melanated

"Girl what the hell?! Don't say s**t like that out loud." I said not wanting folks in my damn business

"Girl you must be a virgin it's literally written all over your face." Zynia says and I roll my eyes

"I mean yeah I'm a virgin I'm not ashamed I just don't want to f**k on anybody." I said and she nods her head understanding where I'm coming from

"Yeah I get that I waited too, I had to make my boyfriend work for it, now I'm always wanting to f**k on him every time I see him." Zynia says a dreamy look on her face as I look at her in surprise of her telling me this

She downloads this app called Apple Podcasts and started following these shows on there before handing me back my phone

"Oh my hell girl what the f**k is this?!!" I ask and she smirks

"You listen to them and tell me what you think I recommend listening to the Down N Dirty one first." Zynia suggests with a wink

"A-Aight anything else?" I question and she smiles

"Girl I have so much to teach you welcome to the s*x club!" Zynia cheers lowly making me shake my head

"Girl I hate you already." I said laughing as we feel the bus come to a halt we file out and we continue to talk as we exchange schedules to see if we got any classes together

"Sweet we got Mr. Ryder Chemistry 101 second period, Ms. Dragon Early Childhood Education third period, and we got P.E. together!" Zynia says excitedly and I smile as we continue to talk all the way to the lunchroom

I began slowly telling her about myself

"Whoah so you mean to tell me your parents never talked to you about s*x?" Zynia asks absolutely and genuinely surprised

"Nah my dads a Christian man he says the Bible says premarital s*x is a sin before God because you're suppose to be married when you have s*x for the first time." I said air quoting him and she giggles

"I mean s**t it sounds like he's trying to scare you away from having s*x than actually having a conversation about s*x with you what did he say about STDs?" Zynia and I scoff

"He say that's a punishment that befalls upon people for being disobedient and not following God's instructions to wait till marriage." I murmur and she just shakes her her giving me sympathetic eyes

"Look Asia I'm going to be completely honest with you, we all fall short it clearly says that in the Bible we all fall short this Jesus giving his life on the cross for our sin, but to be realistic you're human and one day you're going to want to experience s*x, but it should only be when you're ready ya hear me?" Zynia asks and I nod

"Consent is so important and a lot of people don't teach their kids boundaries and consent that's how abuse and sometimes... Rape happens when people don't know how to set boundaries with a partner it can be dangerous." Zynia says making me release a shaky breath

"What do you mean dangerous?" I ask and Zynia sighs

"Rape, abuse, murder every relationship isn't a good relationship, but I'm glad my parents taught me about all this stuff so I know what to look for." Zynia says and I kinda felt jealous of her, but pushed it away

"I mean are they Christian?" I ask and she nods

"Yep, but they're still cool people my mom and dad was the first two people I told when I had s*x for the first time." Zynia says and I look at her I shock

"Really they didn't get mad?" I ask

"Nope they were just upset I didn't ask him to get tested, but we both ended up getting tested and came back with negative results for everything." Zynia says

"Tested?" I asks like genuinely confused

"When you go to the doctor you can ask them to test you for STDs because believe it or not some people can be born with STDs like people can be born with Herpes, HIV, and even AIDS." Zynia says and I look at her taking all this information in I have so much to look into

"So your boyfriend must've had s*x with someone before you?" I ask and she nods

"Yeah he slept with four other chicks besides me." Zynia says as we finish our lunch and discard our trash setting the trays back on the belt as we walk out the lunchroom

"Wow and you're cool with that?" I asks and she giggles

"I mean I didn't expect him to stay a virgin forever girl, I understood he was going to experience life before and even after he meets me, but now we get to experience it together." Zynia says with a soft smile

As we walk to our lockers this tall darks skin football player approaches us and he begins to grab Zynia by her waist pulling her closer to him as he plants kisses all over her face making her laugh

"Hey babe." He greets planting one right on her awaiting lips

"Hey daddy." Zynia says making me choke on my spit and they both look at me with concern

"Yo is you aight?" He asks trying to come and assist me, but I put my hand up stopping him where he stood

"Y-Yeah I'm fine I'm just shocked she literally called you daddy like it's normal." I said and they laugh making me glare at them

"I mean it is I love calling him daddy." Zynia purrs as she kisses him and this time it seem as though she was kissing him more intimately

As they pull away he looks at me and smiles

"Are you by any chance Jalasia Jenkins?" He asks and I nod curiously watching him

"I'm Justin, you met my friend at the mall the other and he told me he thought about you and you made him so hard-" Justin was cut off with a hand over his mouth

"Don't tell her that man!!" The male voice says as the world feels as though it's going in slow motion

I look up at him in pure awe

He was so fine

He curls were cut low and he had an under cut

And he was rocking black ripped lose-fit jeans, a sleeveless v-neck tank top showing off his pretty average muscular arms, and he was wearing white and black Yeezy's while sporting a simple gold chain and his black ear rings

"What I mean it's true she did make you hard." Justin says defending himself

"Guys please stop you're making Jalasia embarrassed!!" Zynia says which makes more heat rise in my face being put on blast

"I-I am so sorry p-please don't be upset." His voice stutters making my heart burst as I look at him again and this time he's looking at me as we stare at each other until Justin perverted ass had to say some crazy s**t

"Get a room you two!!" Justin shouts making Blake glare at him before he shifts his sight back to me sparing me an apologetic glance

"What's your first period? Blake asks and I just hand him my schedule

"We got all the same classes together." Blake says making you look surprise as he shows you his schedule

"YES!!" I shout fist pumping in my mind that we got all five classes together

"Well you ready to go?" Blake asks making you give him a perplex look

"You wanna walk to class with me? The popular loner? The girl who's known for being aggressive?" I ask him pointing at myself

"I don't care about all that." Blake says and he gently grabs my wrist pulling me away from Justin and Zynia who smirk and wave as we get farther and farther away from them and he lets go of my wrist allowing me to walk on my own

"I'm sorry about them they can be a handful." Blake sighs

"Oh nah it's coo they seem like fun people." I say genuinely and he gives me a bright smile which makes my heart flutter as I quickly turn away not wanting to embarrass myself

And from there we comfortably walk in silence to our first period and a new chapter
