Thorn still lived and it had been about two months since he last showed up. Athena and I finally had mates and marked each other about a month ago. Our strength increased ten fold what it was when we were unmated and unmarked.
We still knew Thorn was out there so Athena and I spent every day training. She had no fighting skills whatsoever and now after about a month she was doing pretty well for knowing next to nothing about fighting a month ago. I made plans for us to work on fighting skills to work in our wolf form this evening and no one was to mess with us. She was getting better and better each day.
