Alpha Adam POV
The new day came the sun was shining in my face as I looked down to see if Athena was still with me in my arms or if I had been dreaming. She still laid in my arms with her head on my chest breathing ever so softly. I didn't want to move and wake her up, but unfortunately I got some news from my Beta that I didn't like by mind link and he told me I needed to call him. My Beta and Gamma were coming to help pack Athena's things and when they came on the property they found that It was Thorn... he came on the property with a few of his rogue pack members. I moved ever so gently and kissed A sleepy Athena as I promised to return. I turned in the doorway to make sure she was still asleep and hesitated leaving for a minute.
