Nathalie’s hands shook with shock as she picked up the phone. “I swear I told no one.” “How the f**k did the media know about it?!” Nathaniel’s voice boomed through the speaker with intense urgency. Her lips trembled. “I—I don’t know.” “Nathalie!” Nathaniel warned. His deep voice was harsh, but he still maintained that deadly calm tone. “I promise I never spoke to anyone about this.
