CHARLOTTE’S POV
THE PREVIOUS NIGHT
Charlotte drove to the old abandoned house that her mother, Jacquelyn had lived in when she was alive.
She killed the engine and then she got out.
She looked around to see if anyone had been there recently and of course not. No one had been.
There was no evidence that anyone had come in since the attack.
She knew that it was finally time for her to let go.
She went into the house and picked out all that had been left of her mum.
When her mother had died, she had turned to nothing but complete dust. All that had been left were her clothes and everything that she had worn.
Charlotte packed everything up took them with her. She also took a shovel and then walked to the back of the house.
She dug and dug for a very long time.
