8. Another world

Uncle Raymond's POV :

Maximus linked me about Raya arriving with two main guys, her best friend, more like sister, Estelle, and a massive group of people. I said to let them straight in.

My heart always skips a beat when Raya is around. She is so much like me it's no wonder my brother treats her like s**t. Because she is mine.

Raya is my beautiful, amazingly, funny, extremely clever daughter.

The hardest part is she doesn't know. She knows I love her more than anything and like a daughter, she just doesn't know she is my daughter. But soon she will know. Her mum and I have no choice but to let her know what is going to happen to her soon. Her 21st birthday to be exact. One month away.

I watch her enter the club and just by walking through those doors with that sly grin on her face, her beauty and aura has everyone around her mesmerised, and she has no idea.

I noticed and was not too surprised to see Archie walking as close to her as possible...eyeing everyone who looked at her, there was a vibe coming off him, which makes me wonder...mates?

He has ways had eyes for her, I've never seen him look at another woman since I met him when she introduced me to Jude and some of her new friends 4yrs ago and Archie was one of them and since he started working for me 3years ago.

He definitely doesn't swing the other way. Luis my other head bar man figured that out the hard way. Let's just say they avoid each other since that day.

When Jude and Raya would come here with their friends Jude would always be happy to go off and dance and do his own thing as Raya was happy to do the same but I noticed Archie always watching her. Keeping an eye on her, and everyone around them. I've even seen a couple of times Archie step in with a cover drink when someone has slipped something into her drinks here. Safe to say those people didnt live to see another day, or hurt another woman. And again she's had no idea he's been her silent protector all along.

Whatever it is he feels towards her, he needs to know about her. The real her.

I need to know his intentions. At the very least I know I can trust her with him.

After linking my head barman Luke that their first shots and chasers were on me and seeing her face smile. Archie keeping an discreet eye on Luke while she joked with him. How has she never noticed him?

Watching her lead her friends with the shots and chasers all laughing and cheering made my heart happy seeing her so happy. I thought she'd be more upset after what Maximus linked me but she seems to be just fine. Luke said something and she slowly turned and looked up at me smiling and waved.

Shit, she's more and more like her mum every day. My brown hair and green eyes but in every bit Godess blessed with beauty like her mum. Raya's the very best of both of us.

She speaks with her friends then watching them head to the dance floor and as she heads my way, Estelle looks up and gives me a massive wave. This girl. She's like another daughter to me and sister to Raya, and she loves Raya as such.

Archie still looking back making sure she makes it to the stairs and past the bouncers then to VIP level, he smiles as she high fives the bodyguards and he follows Marcus and Estelle to the dance floor.

A couple of minutes later I hear the knock. Our knock. My clever girl.

I open the door and wrap her in my arms and I hear her taking a deep breath and relaxes. Breathing in my scent. She knows she's home with me, just like when she hugs her mum, and how we feel with her.

We discuss what happened tonight, and how she now knows Archie and Marcus so well. When she folds her arms and furrows her her brows I know she wants to stomp her foot but holding it back. She used to do it when she was little. First the brows would furrow. then the arms cross. Then she stomps. Sometimes there even used to be a pout thrown in.

I watch her watching her friends.

Yes I do alot of watching her.

I watch everyone.

It's what I need to do to run my territory.

Seeing her smile at Estelle dancing dirty with Marcus is different to the smile she has when she watches Archie. It softens and is like she gets lost in her thoughts. I'm thinking I may be right. Call it father/Alpha intuition...

I can see her friends beckoning her so tell her to go. Every time she calls me Papa my heart skips a beat. As she leaves telling me she'll find out I can't help but reply I have no doubt she will, it's the truth. Even if it wasn't inevitable I know she's smart enough to figure it all out without me saying a word.

Going back to my window I see her reach the bottom steps being wrapped up in Archie's arms. The joy in both their faces makes me really hope I'm right. I watch him throw her over his shoulder and laugh. If anyone can be her equal I think it's Archie. I see her yell, s**t, she looks over her shoulder and I see his face and his eyes glowing! s**t! I'm right!

Shit! s**t! s**t!!

I'm right! And they're in the middle of the freaking dance floor with humans around!

I link Maximus, Andrew and Miles. My three strongest and largest Warriors,

"Get Raya and Archie to my office right now!!! His wolf had just recognised her as his mate!! Be very careful he won't hesitate fighting you if he thinks you're a threat to her!"

All three in unison reply "Yes Alpha!"

The three of them slowly walk towards them, Raya isn't even scared with Archie's fingers and teeth dug into her arse! If anything she's smiling! Seeing the three warriors approach them Archie's wolf starts to get antsy. Then Raya says something to Archie and his eyes slowly return to their normal blue and he puts her down gently while she adjusts her dress, thank goodness! That dress must have bits of fabric left behind at the store or something, she looks up to Archie but he won't look at her and she frowns. She's worried about him. I can feel it through our bond. The warriors point to the office and they all head up.

I opened my door before they could knock and ask them to sit down closing the door with Maximus in the room with us and Miles and Andrew outside the door.

"Archie" I say to him, and he looks up at me barely able to meet my eyes, "Archie, you've done nothing wrong. But we need to tell Raya what just happened. And why."

"Tell me what?!" Raya presses looking between Archie, Maximus and myself, "Hello?!" Whoa. Her aura is coming is strong now she's met her mate! And fast! Even Archie and Maximus lower their heads and my Aura feels the pressure of hers. s**t she's affecting me too!

Archie looks at me and I nod, he takes a deep breath and goes to speak but his wolf comes forward, his eyes glowing and voice deeper and more gruff. He looks at Raya in the eyes who doesn't even flinch away from him, "We're werewolves, including you, and you're my heart. My everything. I live for you and I will die for you. My Mate. Hello Mate". He said, smiling gently.

Raya looks at Archie, then to me and I nodded, then she looks to Maximus and he nods, and back to Archie and smiles gently at him, her eyes start glowing and swirling like pools of aqua liquid with flecks of gold, s**t that is rare. Very rare! Like I've never seen kind of rare!

As she's looking at Archie, she purrs back to Archie's wolf, in a voice very similar to Raya, but not her own,

"Hello Mate. I've been waiting for you."

Goddess! She already has her wolf!
