"Don't kill them!" Arthmael told Victor in a low, but authoritative voice, referring to some guards that had just tried to stop them in their way of getting out of the palace. Here and there would be guards, but since they couldn't clearly understand what was going on, they seemed confused on what to do. Some of them even stood back and refused to try and harm their Queen and their former Commander out of respect they had for them, as some of the others would try their very best to stop them.
