Katie slid into the chair next to Jake in the restaurant and marveled at how posh it looked. Every guest had a secluded table with curtains closing them in for privacy. On the table by the side was a tablet to punch in their order and the waiters kept away during meals, all they did was deliver and pick.
"This is amazing, thank you."
"I had to make it count. I've asked to take you out on a real date for months you know."
"How was your day, did you land the project?"
"Yes, construction starts next month. But that woman is a piece of work, if her house wasn't worth millions, I'd have her packed and out by now." Jake looked pissed.
"Why so?" Katie had personally gone through every design of her house and approved every change made personally. She would always tell her contractor that she was building her dream home, not just any house.
"I don't want to talk about work right now Katie, I have plans for you, and none of them involve my clients."
Katie felt Jakes hand on her knee and a shiver run through her body. She hadn't told him yet, but she wanted more, more than his rough thrusts and the multiple orgasms, she wanted pain. Two whole weeks she had tried to put ideas into his head make him want to try doing it, but she had failed. She thought enticing his interests would spark a reaction.
Many times she had found him leaning against her kitchen counter looking at the hooks on the walls. She waited patiently to be asked what the hooks were for but the question never came. She came every night but she wanted to play.
Jake's hand come to her thighs and began to move to her hot burning s*x just as Katie's phone chimed. She knew who was calling and had no intention of picking it up. She pressed the silent button and focused her attention back to Jake. Her phone buzzed a few more times but eventually the caller gave up.
Wine was delivered and Jake went about pouring them each a glass. She watched him all along and thought about him taking her on that table, right there in the middle of the restaurant. Just because they were secluded didn't mean they were not in public. The place was full of different couples wanting to do exactly that which she was going to do more than want. Jake looked into her eyes and raised his eyebrows questioningly.
Katie wasn't deterred though, she reached under the table and pulled off her pink lacy panties and placed them in front of him. Jake's eyes smoldered and his pupils began to darken. She was getting to him. She took his hand and drew it from her thigh up towards her hot s*x, which was already too wet. Jake sucked in a ragged breathe and looked intently into her eyes.
"I really wanted to wait until we got to my place."
Katie bit her lip as she laid her back on the chair and pushed two fingers into her. She fixated her eyes on him as she slowly started to stroke herself with his fingers. Her breathing become ragged, her chest heaving and Jake watched her. She liked that.
Jake let her. He more than liked this woman. He loved her, loved who she was, loved how she was. She watched her as she drew out her orgasm using his fingers, dressed in the blue dress he had personally chosen for her. He liked dressing her in the best his money could buy, and she knew it. The f**k me heels she wore were purposely meant for when he'd bend her over and take her, anytime anywhere.
She began to stifle moans and knew she was close. He moved his thumb above her c**t and pressed it and her body jacked instantly and she came. She fascinated him. Her breathing began to even as he watched, her lips quivered and knew she wanted more, but today he was playing, today he was letting her want, and today he would f**k her at her highest.
Katie looked back at Jake and smiled before emptying her glass of wine which was instantly refilled. He was clearly trying to make her drunk.
"Tell me about your family." Katie prompted a topic she never spoke of ever.
"I'm a first of four, Jacob O'Brien, owns O'Brien Architectural and Contraction Company."
"How about the rest?"
"My Mom Beatrice and sister Cassie, have a beauty salon they partnered to open. She refused to go to school and being the only girl and last born, she was not pestered. Dad helped with the financing. My other brothers, James and Jean, work with me in the company," He said, "They are rather a pain in the ass, but I love them. Dad has tried many times to put me up against James for the CEO position, but he's loyal, he's never been baited." He shrugged. "Tell me about yours; never head even a whiff of information." He asked, curiously.
"That's because there is nothing to tell. It's only me. I cut ties with my family a long time ago and have since ridden solo. And don't try to redeem me, I'm better off alone. I like it this way, I'm happier this way." Jake took a few breaths before he spoke again.
"So they never call?"
"They do, when they need more money. It's the least I can do to avoid encountering them. As long as I send them money occasionally, I won't be greeted by their presence. You wouldn't understand, your family loves each other, mine doesn't."
"I'm not going to say I'm sorry, I understand, at least a little,"
The curtains fluttered open and a trolley was wheeled into the seclusion, the waiter greeted the both of us with clearly practiced words as he took the now empty one bottle and replaced it with another. He then proceeded to place the plates before us and served a variety of delicacies including a big chunky roasted beef. Katie’s favorite. She was pleased. The waiter left quietly, and as Jake knew, his woman dug into her food and took one big potion into her mouth and made sounds that instantly had Mr. Victor hard again.
"The table will do, if you keep doing that."
She smiled and they both dug into their meals and ate to their fill.
"Dessert is at home." He winked at her, and her s*x become even wetter.
"Oh goodie." She exhaled.
Jake filled their glass with more wine as the waiter popped his head in the curtains and come to clear the table. He hurriedly left and Jake turned to look at the perfect woman standing before him.
"You are officially my girlfriend."
Katie spilled a mouthful of wine on the table and gaped at Jake. He didn't just say that, no, he just didn't. She only accepted to go on a date with him, not to be his girlfriend. Oh God, he was putting labels on them now, next is a butt load of disappointments. Men stopped working to please a woman as soon as the label fell in place. The worst of them all was wife. Once a woman was locked and loaded, she was forgotten, her needs and wants cast aside, and they no longer mattered. The chase was done, and she wouldn’t be caught dead doing that to herself. Katie believed that if men were allowed, they un-marry as soon as they married and start chasing a new prize, in this case another woman.
A man will do it all for you until he puts a ring on it, and make you think the best thing he did for you was marry you. Then begin asking you why you want to go on a shopping spree yet you are married, who you are dressing for. Men marry you, and expect to stop pampering you.
"What could go wrong, you look like you've seen a ghost. Give me an opportunity to be your boyfriend, I'll not disappoint you, I promise."
And there it was.
The promises.
Then the disappointments a week, a month or a year later.
"Jake..."
"Don't answer now, for now let's keep hanging out, but think about it. I'd like to be more than a hard Mr. Victor you ride whenever you want, you know. Give me a chance." He smiled warmly.
"I'll think about it, Jake. But don't push it, okay?"
"Okay. Lemme take you home and bend you over on your kitchen island and f**k you to oblivion."
"How about whip my ass till it burns, Jake."
"Okay, let's leave."
Katie emptied her glass and so did Jake. He grabbed her beautiful panties which were still on the table and shoved them into his pockets and Katie’s eyes flushed. She had totally forgotten about them.
They headed out where their car had already been brought out by the valet. Jake handed a few notes to the man and opened the passenger door for her and he rounded to the driver seat. The stereo began to blast 'Girlfriend by Charlie Puth' and Katie laughed as Jake tried to change the song in a haste. She reached over and placed his hand on top of his and said,
"Don't change it. I actually do love the song."
"Okay."
Jake come to a stop in front of the gate and looked straight ahead. There stood a man he'd never seen before, but he believed he already knew who he was. Fucker. He placed his thumb on the biometrics by the gate and drove to pack next to Katie's convertible. The son of a b***h followed them through the gate and stood by the car, so much audacity. Katie got out hurriedly, her face stormy and went straight to where the man stood.
"What are you doing here, Kevin." She inquired, all patience lost in her voice.
"You were not picking up your call anymore; you don't even reply my text. I just needed to see you again, we can sort this out, we can still have the life we planned, I have money now, I can build you the big house you always wanted, and let you plant all the flowers you desire, and even have a small garden for all those tiny tomatoes you like. Remember, you said you'd like to one day grow your own spices. We can have a big family, like you wanted. I'll compromise on 4 children rather the two I usually insisted on. Please, just give me one more chance."
Jake stood by the car, watching the man pour his heart out and waited for Katie to speak. Kevin was her first love; she could easily take him back. A ping of jealousy squeezed his heart and Jake now dreaded what Katie would say next. He couldn't wait by the sidelines though, he made long strides and put an arm around Kate's shoulder, that's when Kevin acknowledged him, and his eyes burned looking at the arm strapped around the woman he used to consider his to tame.
"Who are you?"
"I'm Jake. And you are?" Jake asked like he didn't already know.
"I'm Kevin, Katie's boyfriend." He blurted out, stiffly like he was losing his temper and wanted to crash Jake like a lice.
Jake's arm tensed around Katie and she raised her hand to touch his on her shoulder, Kevin was trying mark territory which wasn't his to mark. He was always stupid that way, thinking the possessiveness and strictness would subdue her. That was before, now she was different.
"I'm not your girlfriend Kevin, haven't been in a long time, and as I told you before, there can never be an us." She stated, as a matter of fact.
"One last chance please Swirry, I can give you anything you want now, everything you ask for."
"You can’t give me what, I want. You don't even know what I want, how could you. Look around you, open your eyes and look around you, everything you are offering, I have, I rolled up my sleeves and got all of it for myself. Everything. Look, around you." She Said as she threw her hand in a circular motion above her head. Kevin looked around and frowned.
"I'd like you to leave now, and don't show your face here again or I'll have a restraining order."
Kevin wasn't done and she knew it, but he turned and walked towards the gate, looking back one last time at the big stone house that stood there then to the man holding what he wanted, and almost felt defeated, but he had one last option before despair took a hold of him. He regretted ever letting her go, he should have married her and not kept f*****g all those women he had, at least now he'd still have his beloved Katie. He thought.
