Keaton was furious. I needed to know why Odette left the Conners house. Channing snarled, “I don’t think I’ll like the answer. I want to mark mate.” Yup. I was certain my whole plan was out. Maybe I could calm down. Just in case I linked Immy, “I need you to set up my treehouse that you’ve been in for me and Odette.” Immy asked, “To do what? I’m kind of in hot water over here?” I told her, “Tell them I am sending you and Sean to set up my treehouse so I can mark Odette because there was a fight, my blood is pumping and I want something moderately romantic. She’s new to all this, but I LITERALLY can’t put off my possessive need to mark her.” Immy snickered, “Consider it done.” Yeah. Snicker all you want Immy. It was happening.
